great pedicure for a reasonable price. service was great, very kind and friendly family who own the place :)

I got a shellac manicure that was done by Karen, who was a really nice person to talk to!! The nails were done neatly with nice sharp designs that I wanted (spirals and stars), I recommend this place if you want to try out a new one!!

I had an appointment booked for 1pm and when I got there the girl said it was for 12pm. Yet my desk calendar shows the appointment for 1pm. Which I had written down when I made the call. I was not feeling well so was hoping to get in and get out. Sadly I had to find another nail salon to get my manicure done. The older couple are away, they are amazing and I’ve had great experiences with them in the past.

I am not someone who usually leaves reviews, especially negative ones. I got my nails done here last weekend, and while the overall experience was okay, the service I received was not. I had acrylic nails done, and the technician did not file my nails properly. She used a brush that was much too large for my nail beds, and although very little acrylic was applied, the nails were still bulky. They were also not filed down after the acrylic application. I worked in a spa for seven years, so I am familiar with the basics of nail services. In addition, I have had my nails done monthly for years. The polish application was poor, and I had to point out missed spots around the corners of my nails. I didn’t inspect my nails closely before leaving because I was already frustrated. Once I got home and looked at them more carefully, I was unhappy with the result. I ended up filing off all the chrome polish, reshaping, filing, and repainting my own nails. When I removed the polish the next day, all of my nails had started lifting. I also drove 30 minutes out of my way to come here, and given the quality of the service I received, the overall outcome was disappointing.

I brought my daughter and mom here for the first time, to get their pedicure and we had an amazing service from the family here. very friendly, kind and efficient.
